The Southwest Hungarian Engineering Cluster – managed by our project partner, PBKIK – recently held its 98th Benchmarking Club Meeting at the ZIEHL-ABEGG Ltd. site. During the factory tour, participants gained insights into motor and fan manufacturing processes, with a special focus on LEAN-based production lines designed for efficiency and sustainability.
💡The forum also addressed key motivation strategies, discussing:
🔹How to encourage employees to participate in internal training?
🔹How to engage students in dual education programs?
A highlight of the event was the introduction of the CIRC-UITS Project, which received special attention due to its relevance to the automotive sector within the cluster. As a European initiative, CIRC-UITS supports the circular economy by promoting sustainable electronics and innovative resource management.
